Certain times of the season discount rates might apply for large groups. Kindly note that as we also work with a number of Tour Operators and Travel agents, different rates might apply if accommodation is booked through a third party.

Also special discount rates might apply for a selection of companies, organizations and universities that we are affiliated with. Those special discount rates will appear on the website.

The above rates are based on a self catering accommodation only, all local taxes are included as well as the use of the air-condition. All prices are per unit, not per person.

Extra charges apply only for the use of a mini safe at reception.

We can arrange for a local taxi to pick you up from the airport/port (Chania or Heraklion) at discount rates. Also we can arrange for a rented car to wait for you at the airport or at your accommodation. (Discount rates apply).
